Manu Moilanen

As the principal of Moilanen Group, I am a self-funded searcher with an M.Sc. in Quantitative Finance. My commercial experience stems from deal management at global firms, where I collaborated with sales teams to structure profitable deals. My finance expertise derives from financial planning and accounting roles that equipped me to analyze financials, optimize operations, and drive P&L performance for sustainable business success.

Driven by an owner-operator mindset, I focus on acquiring resilient, cash-generative manufacturing businesses with €0.5 to 3M EBITDA, strong market stability, and growth potential. To complement my skills and enhance these acquisitions, I am actively seeking mentors or co-investors with proven experience in running businesses, strategic investing, and operational improvements to guide value creation and long-term success.

I offer an international perspective and strong cross-cultural understanding of how business is conducted across different regions and markets. I have extensive experience in global program management, as well as in designing and implementing scalable processes that enable organizations to operate efficiently and deliver long-term value.
